If you request a refund for the returned product, the refund will be processed and credited back to the account it was originally charged to (credit card, paypal, etc) no later than 7 business days after the product has been received by Yuda. It may take up to 3-5 working days for the bank to recognize the credit on your end and for your account to reflect the credit.

We do ask that you cover the return shipping costs and items must be returned (ship date) within 30 days of the original purchase in order to receive the full refund. Please make sure to insure your package in the event that your package gets lost or damaged in transit so you can be reimbursed by the shipping company.
