We do our best to ship every order out the same day its placed, but in the event that your order doesn't make it out the same day your order will ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

    We do our best to manufacture as fast as possible, but quality and purity are our first priority. We always strive to ship on or before the pre-order or backorder date specified on the product page at the time of ordering.


    We can only produce so fast because all our products are produced in cGMP facilities, here in the United States and must adhere to regulations and third party testing.

    All orders containing 50% or more items that are pre-orders or backorders will ship complete.

  • 03.

    All orders containing a bundle product that have one or more items on backorder will be placed on hold and ship complete.

Do  you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $75 that ship within the United States (excludes AK, HI). See our standard shipping rates on our Shipping page.

We also send out promo emails and text with special offers including discounts, free products and free shipping.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Your order will be shipped by one of these courier services, depending on your shipping address:
  • United States: UPS, FedEx, USPS - typically 1-7 business days
  • International: UPS, FedEx, USPS - typically 10-45 business days

How will my order be shipped?

For standard and free shipping the shipping method differs depending on where the order is shipping to.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Unfortunately once an order has shipped we will be unable to make changes or reroute your order.

Is return shipping free?

Unfortunately we don't offer free shipping on returns or exchanges.

TIP: Please make sure to insure your package in the event that your package gets lost or damaged in transit so you can be reimbursed by the shipping company.
